Define and implement the maintenance parameters for the fleet vehicles.       Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vehicle repair vendors. Process quarterly and annual IFTA and IRA reports with the DMV and local municipalities.  Responsible for scheduling the transport of company vehicles for repair and business operations.  Provide and coordinate road side assistance for stranded drivers. Communicate with pool vehicle administrators on a regular basis to maintain vehicle policy guidelines and provide guidance for special vehicle issues. Manage and coordinate all fuel requirements for vehicles, off road equipment and backup power equipment. Monitor fuel charge card account system for all Shentel vehicles located throughout Shentel’s operations. Record, analyze and provide related reports for budgeting purposes. Maintain documentation related to tracking fuel and oil consumption for each vehicle. Bid and award annual fuel contracts. Create maintenance procedures for stationary and trailered generators. Manage and schedule generator maintenance at multiple business locations to ensure uninterrupted power. Oversees and implement vehicle accident procedures within policy guidelines, and work directly with insurance and repair vendors to insure quality repairs in a timely manner.
