Duties and Responsibilities: Establish criteria and schedule for vehicle replacement by determining department vehicle requirements. Inspect and review repair costs of individual existing vehicles for purposes of recommending replacement schedule or reassignment. Prepare vehicle purchase specifications and requirements, develop and distribute competitive bid packages. Compare received bids and obtain purchase authorizations within delegated authority matrix. Define and implement the maintenance parameters for the fleet vehicles.       Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vehicle repair vendors. Maintain documentation system related to vehicle repair and preventative maintenance, fleet inventory, and annual fleet related expenses.      Provide preventative maintenance requests to the supervisor of each department using vehicles.
